Three ways to tell if your employees are bored
Although the nature of some jobs may not be universally considered to be enjoyable, managers should still take time to assess the stimulation and satisfaction of their employees. This is for numerous reasons, including the fact that bored employees often quit for more enjoyable positions.
How can you determine if your employees are bored? Inc Magazine highlights three simple ways:
- • You ask, “Are you bored?”
- • They tell you. And you listen.
- • You assess for any noticeable changes in daily routine.
In light of the last way, Inc explains:
