The importance of understanding personality within the workplace has been established time and time again over the last several decades. For instance, personality is one of the key factors of consideration in both selection and teambuilding situations.

While nothing can give as great of insight into one’s personality as validated assessments, new research highlights general personality differences by region. These findings are visualized in the below heatmap.
