Our consistent growth over the years is a testament to our clients, and their success is the barometer by which we measure our own.

Since 1975, CMA has helped our clients triumph over internal business roadblocks by evaluating and refining the way their people work, interact, learn and grow within their organization.

Founded by Nick Colarelli, Ph.D. as Colarelli and Associates, Inc., the company was joined by partner Sam Meyer in 1986. Dan Bean, MA, MBA and Joe Hoffman, Ph.D. (who acquired the firm in January 1998) shepherded the success of our 400+ clients from around the globe, including publicly traded, privately held, nonprofit and family-owned businesses across a huge array of industries. On January 1, 2020, we entered into the next chapter in our business as we implemented our very own succession plan. We’re thrilled to announce that Terence Bostic, Jennifer Nguyen, and Jami Wolfe took over as owners, bringing our clients the same level of passionate service we’ve always provided.
