Savannah M. Price, M.S.

“Everyone’s experience is important, and we value that.  I am passionate about improving these experiences by helping people be happier and more successful in what they do.”

Prior to joining CMA, Savannah worked in a local not-for-profit organization. There, she helped the organization develop its competency model, worked to improve selection and retention practices, and developed manager-level training sessions on behavioral interviewing and unconscious bias.

Since joining CMA in 2019, she gathers research for clients and works with consultants to develop and facilitate retreats including strategic planning and teambuilding. Her primary interests are in not-for-profit, startup, and family-owned organizations. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, employee experience, organizational development, and succession planning. Her personal research is focused on D&I and negotiations.

Savannah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, with a minor in Political Science. She’s in her last semester at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) where she is pursuing her Master’s. As a graduate student, she’s been involved in many research projects, including studies on effective feedback, diversity and inclusion, and productivity.

In her free time, Savannah enjoys working on her historical home and spending time with her family, friends, and rescue animals.
