“The heart of Industrial Organizational Psychology is research and its impact in the workplace is profound. It always brings theory and research to the table in offering recommendations that are utilized in critical decision making and improving the well-being of organizations and its people. I am proud to be part of a field organizations turn to for strategic planning, improving employee satisfaction, investigating complex issues, designing change initiatives and bringing alignment to internal processes.”
