Yash Gujar, M.S.

Prior to joining CMA, Yash received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business Management from Stony Brook University. Since then he went on to complete his Master of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2020, where he is currently pursuing his Doctorate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Psychology.
During his graduate studies, Yash has had the opportunity to work on several research projects examining topics such as leader cognition, creative problem-solving, and ethical decision-making. In addition to research, Yash had the privilege of being the program coordinator for the University’s Responsible Conduct of Research training program, and teaching undergraduate courses, as well.
Outside of work, Yash enjoys working out, riding his bike, going to open mic nights, and binging the latest show. He also enjoys travelling and has Portugal next on his list of destinations.
