Despite the national unemployment rate of 8%, it’s still tough for many organizations to find workers with the right skills for the jobs they are trying to fill. In fact, according to the ManpowerGroup’s Seventh Annual Talent Shortage Survey, nearly half of all U.S. employers are experiencing difficulty filling critical positions within their organizations.
So what are the jobs organizations are struggling with the most? The ManpowerGroup noted the top 10 for 2012:
